This Policy is intended to describe the management of this site, in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult and interact with the Sessa International srl web services starting with http://www.sessamarine.com, where they are given ad hoc information pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03 in the pages related to specific services offered by the site allowing visitors to freely express their consent and authorize the collection of data and its subsequent use.

The information notice is based on Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European Authorities for the Protection of Personal Data gathered by the Group established by Art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to establish minimum requirements for collecting personal data online.

The External Processing Manager for the site www.keylargo.sessamarine.com is Eleven App Sp. z o.o., KRS : 0000574207, 00-043 Warszawa, Czackiego 3/5 , as the website manager.

2. DATA PROCESSING LOCATION

The processing related to the web services of this site occur at the offices of the external processing controller and processor that handles the management of the website.

The data voluntarily provided on the website to register the request-registration forms indicated on this site in order to access determined services shall be logged in the Eleven App Sp. z o.o., KRS : 0000574207, 00-043 Warszawa, Czackiego 3/5 , which manages the website,www.keylargo.sessamarine.com, provides data regarding Sessa International Srl as well as the subjects listed under point 6).

3. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

The website offers informational and interactive contents.

3.1 Navigation Data.

The user must be informed, even for the mere consultation of the site, that the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data, called navigation data, the transmission of which is implicit in the internet communication protocols. The personal data is not processed by the Controller for the purpose of analysis or determining consumer’s habits.

The User’s personal data collected by Sessa International Srl may be communicated to its sales and assistance network as well as to the subjects who collaborate with the commercial activities of Sessa International Srl and the parent company, subsidiaries and/or affiliates of Sessa International srl. for the purposes outlined above as well as Eleven App Sp. z o.o. as the external processing manager.

Within Sessa Marine Srl, your personal information will be accessible to company personnel responsible for the management of the services requested, with particular reference to the commercial and marketing, sales, customer care and IT departments as well as the Personal Data Manager and employees while exercising their duties.

The list of such subjects is available to the user who sends a request to the address indicated in paragraph 7. It should also be noted that in some cases the Authority may request news and information pursuant to Article 157 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 to monitor personal data processing. In these cases, the Data Controller is required to respond.

7. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY INVOLVING IN THE PROCESSING

The subjects to which the personal data refers have the right at any time to obtain the confirmation of the existence (or otherwise) of that data and to familiarize yourself with their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request that they are supplemented, updated or rectified pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.

Pursuant to the same article, you also have the right to ask for their cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or freezing of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to object to their processing in any case, for legitimate reasons.

8. CONSENT TO PROCESS PERSONAL DATA

8.1 Consent to the use of the services offered by the site
